Whether this is your first job as a junior employee or you are an experienced hospitality professional, the WBSLSC can offer a rewarding experience/career.
Generally, employment is split into two areas FOH (Front of House) and BOH (Back of House) with various levels of employment.
- All employees must have a current WWCC (Working with Children’s Check) as it is mandatory in a club environment and any employee without cookery qualifications must have completed a food handlers certificate.
- All FOH over 18-year-old applicates must have prior hospitality experience with RSA
- As we are a seasonal venue we do most out hiring prior to the surf season in September and October
