The West Beach SLSC Adaptive Nipper Program aims to create an inclusive surf lifesaving experience for children with disabilities aged 5 – 13 yrs. This program will provide opportunities for participants to develop beach safety awareness, surf skills, and confidence in the water, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued in our community. It will benefit children with disabilities, their families, and our broader community by fostering participation, social connections, and water safety skills. Volunteers will also gain valuable experience in inclusive practices.
