This season we have restructured our education portfolio. We are always requiring additional help to help us provide essential training to our members.  Please contact the Director of Lifesaving Services, Anthony, if you think you can spare some time to assist.

    This position is responsible for overseeing and ensure the continued compliance of operational and administrative components and duties of members within the Club:

    • Schedule patrols and patrol rosters prior to commencement of season

    • Manage data input of patrol information onto SurfGuard weekly

    • Check and maintain patrol equipment

    • Provide support and training opportunities for Patrolling members

    To develop a team of specialist coaches / trainers / assessors whose role is to develop personnel to meet the operational needs of the Surf Club and development of youth within the Club.

    Responsibilities and duties:

    • Coordinate the training and assessing of all awards for all members of the Club

    • Coordinate the distribution of all resources

    • Ensure re-qualifications of awards and certificates are completed by the required date and recorded

    • Positively support the policies, culture, operation and management of the Club, Surf Life Saving SA and Surf Life Saving Australia
