Login to your SLS Hub account via the Google Chrome web browser. Some SLS Hub features don’t perform correctly on other browsers.

Membership is annual and renewable via your SLS Hub account between 1 July and 30 October.

You can update your details via your SLS Hub account:

1. Login to your SLS Hub account
2. Navigate to My Details:
3. Follow the How to edit My Details instructions
4. Changes made to information in blue fields will be logged as a pending request and must be approved before they will be reflected here.

Registrations are assessed and processed manually. The most common reasons why renewals or applications remain as Pending are:

• a Working With Children Check has expired and has not been renewed
• a Working With Children Check has not been provided for members aged 14 and over
• payment of fees is missing or the amount is incorrect
• a nipper registration indicates that Sports Vouchers will be used as payment or part payment of fees but a West Beach SLSC Sports Voucher Claim has not been submitted
• a nipper registration has been received but a parent/guardian registration hasn’t been submitted
• A parent/guardian registration has been received but a nipper registration hasn’t been submitted
• a transfer request hasn’t been completed

You can submit a request to change your membership via your SLS Hub account. (Note: If you are undertaking Bronze Medallion training, your membership type will be updated by the Club when completion is confirmed.)

2. Follow the How to change your sub-membership category instructions
3. Your request will remain as Pending until assessed and processed.

Government of SA Sports Vouchers are currently accepted for children in Reception to Year 9, birth year’s 2011 – 2021. From 1 Jan 2027 vouchers will also be accepted up to Year 12.

To submit vouchers, please complete the West Beach SLSC Sports Voucher Claim form at the same time as joining or renewing membership.

When joining or renewing your child’s membership via the SLS Hub, make sure to select the fee that indicates use of one or two vouchers.

To check if Sports Vouchers have been used this calendar year, search with your child’s Medicare number via  the SA Government Sports Voucher portal.

If you have previously been a member of any other Surf Life Saving Club in Australia, your membership will still be with that club, and must be transferred to West Beach SLSC.

You can submit a request to transfer your membership via your SLS Hub account:

2. Navigate to Organisation(s)
3. Follow the How to transfer your membership instructions
4. Your transfer request must be endorsed by the club you are leaving, approved by Surf Life Saving South Australia and then completed by West Beach SLSC.

SLSSA members aged 14 years and over require a current South Australian WWCC. This includes Nipper Parents and anyone  volunteering at the club.

If you have an existing WWCC, please submit a Current WWCC form, orange button below.

To initiate a free volunteer WWCC, submit a WWCC Application form, blue button below. Once the application has been requested by the Club from the Department of Human Services, you have 28 days to complete the application via your Screening SA portal.

South Australian Working With Children Checks are valid for 5 years from the issue date.

They can be renewed within 6 months of the expiry date.

To check your WWCC expiry date via your SLS Hub:

1. Login to your SLS Hub account
2. Navigate to My Details:
3. Scroll down to the Working With Children Registration section:

Membership App expiry dates for all West Beach surf life saving members is 30 October.

When you renew your membership for the season, your app expiry date will be updated to 30 October of the following year.
